Zone 10 Tropical with high salt tolerance, slow growing and often used as an understory palm although it is rated at 20 feet when mature. Not fussy about soil, moderately thirsty but requires irrigation until established. Prefers full sun and hot tropical conditions. Demands proper fertilization. |
